This section below the “Current Enrollment” table tells you the current status of invitations and reminders. In this case, one newly-enrolled subject still needs to be invited, while 69 subjects are due for another reminder.

Reminders are timed based on the interval you set between reminders. Each night Q-Assessor checks through all the subjects of all studies to find those who are due for another reminder, based on how the studies they’re participating in are configured. Q-Assessor then sends out automated email reminders to those subjects. You can also manually email those subjects yourself using the link in this section.

Once a Subject has either completed the Study or refused it, that Subject will no longer receive any emails from Q-Assessor.
