This is the form for creating and editing a Question. The text of the Question is edited using Textile markup — a quick guide to which is below the form. The “Type” field of the Question sets the format it will have - one-line answer, paragraph answer, single-choice, multiple-choice, or date. The “Options” field is where you specify choices users should see for single and multiple-choice formats.

Because of the various permutations available for these various formats, it is essential that you test your work using the “Preview” button in order to make sure you have accomplished what you want!
